Investors in People (IiP) is an internationally recognised standard developed in the UK. It is awarded to companies that demonstrate a commitment to investing in employees through training and development to help achieve business goals.

TNT Australia was awarded the IiP recognition for its commitment to ensuring an environment of continuous improvement through a flexible, skilled and motivated workforce.

The IiP standard was awarded to TNT Australia by NATA Certification Services International (NCSI), the nationally accredited body for delivering the IiP program in Australia.

TNT Express has become the first international business to achieve the IiP accreditation for its operations on a worldwide basis, which encompasses 44 countries.
